Payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), our Merchant of Record. When you purchase via LemonSqueezy, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service.

All Products are digital information products. No physical goods are shipped.
Orders are placed through our website via LemonSqueezy's checkout. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and inclusive of applicable VAT. VAT is calculated based on your billing country as required by EU digital services regulations.

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days of purchase without giving a reason.
Exception to the right of withdrawal: You acknowledge and expressly agree that by requesting immediate access to the digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you waive your right of withdrawal. By checking the acceptance box at checkout, you confirm this waiver.

The DOSED Updates subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time via your LemonSqueezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for remaining subscription days.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share access to Products with third parties. Products are licensed for personal use only. Any automated access, scraping, or systematic extraction of content is prohibited.

To submit a complaint, contact us at hello@dosed.pro with subject line "Complaint — [Order ID]". We will respond within 14 days. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. For consumers in EU member states, applicable mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.
