Prescription reality

Any licensed German physician can prescribe Mounjaro for the authorized indications. Standard Rezept; no BtM-Rezept needed. For weight management, the BMI thresholds and comorbidity criteria must be met. Off-label prescribing below BMI thresholds is legally permissible but requires documented physician judgment.

Research-use legal basis
